"This is a follow-up to a past response in which I wrote a negative comment regarding the service department. Due to a lack of communication through the service department I was not satisified with the service from this dealership. I was then contacted by Don (the owner of Karst motors) and all my problems were IMMEDIATELY taken care of. "Karst Motorsports is the place to get your play toys serviced. I had my Kingpin there for a check up and was not charged a penny from the Service Department. I had my bike to another dealer which is where I had bought it. They did not do all the things I wanted done. Plus they broke a turn signal lens. Karst ask no question whether I bought it from them or not. Needless to say I found the dealer to work on my toys. Also the place to buy my parts. Karts Motorsports is the place."
